Return & Refund Policy

At Vagad's, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
  • If the product is used or altered.

Please Note:

  • The Return request will only be accepted if initiated within 5 days post order delivery.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • A maintenance fee of ₹100 (including GST, Payment Gateway Charges, Order Processing Charges) will be deducted.
  • A courier charge of ₹200 (including return & reverse pickup) will also be deducted.

We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 12 business working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Payment refund options: Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe, and Bank Transfer. We do not provide cash refunds.
